Our Host
The Landings Yacht, Golf and Tennis Club
The Landings spans 250 acres of riverfront beauty, offering an exceptional blend of recreation, nature, and residential living. Residents enjoy an 18‑hole executive golf course, 13 lighted Har‑Tru tennis courts, a competition‑sized swimming pool, and 18 fully stocked lakes ideal for fishing. Scenic landscaped walking and biking paths wind throughout the community, connecting to a private harbor and marina for boating enthusiasts.
The Landings includes 12 condominium associations and 2 homeowner associations, each contributing to the community’s diverse residential options. Additionally, Riverside Yacht Club Estates, an independent homeowners association, is located within the community, offering its own unique waterfront lifestyle.

From CAPE CORAL
Travel east on the Cape Coral Highway and over the Cape Coral bridge into Fortt Myers. Take the 2nd exit onto College Parkway and take a right at the light onto McGregor Blvd. Entrance to he Landings is on your right.
FROM ESTERO
Travel north on 41 (Tamiami Trail) to College Parkway. Go west (take a left) onto College Parkway .and exit at McGregor Blvd. At the light, take a left and The Landings entrance will be on your right.
From Lehigh
Take Colonial Blvd west to McGregor Blvd. Take a left (south) onto McGregor. Entrance to The Landings will be on your right just past College Parkway.
