Our vision—sparked by founding members Sara and Laurie Hamilton—is to bring tennis to young girls who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience the sport, while also supporting those who already play and aspire to grow.
In a powerful display of community spirit, residents and local businesses have come together to organize a fundraising tennis tournament with a purpose that reaches far beyond the courts. This initiative, created to benefit high schools throughout Lee County, FL, is not simply about competition or trophies. It is a collective effort to nurture friendship, confidence, and sportsmanship, and to expand tennis programs within our schools.
Our goal is twofold:
- To uplift and support students who already have a passion for tennis
- And to open the door for students who have never had the chance to play, introducing them to the joy, discipline, and lifelong benefits of the game
This tournament stands as a testament to what a community can accomplish when it rallies behind its youth—creating opportunities, building character, and inspiring the next generation of players.

There are young girls in our local Lee County public school system that have incredible talents and some are amazing athletes! We want to introduce tennis to new players and support those who already play. Given the opportunity to play & receive instruction promotes teamwork, builds social skills, helps promote strategic thinking and problem solving, and most importantly, sportsmanship & self-confidence.
We are so happy to share our love of the sport in this way. Our hope is that girls will continue to sign up and play and that the community schools will see us as supporters in helping build stronger, healthier, and a more united community through sports. We believe that through this tournament, we can spark a lasting interest in tennis, promote physical well-being, and encourage teamwork and discipline among the youth in Lee County.
